 We have a great program for September at AADC! We have trips to the Morrison Nature Center, the Casino, the Littleton History Museum, the Bluff Lake Nature Center, Expo Park, the Denver Botanic Gardens, ldaho Springs and to the movies and Bowling. Our indoor activities include, arts & crafts, games & puzzles, other therapeutic recreational activities and bingo. We also got Thai Chi on Wednesdays and (NEW:) Music Therapy on Mondays!

 Aurora resident and Alpine Adult Day Care client Anges C. celebrated her 100th birthday at AADC today! Ms. Agnes has always been a very involved person, both socially and civically. She was president of the PTA board, she joined a civic/social club called the Reginas and became president of the HOA board at her condominium community. Ms Agnes continues to be known for her sophistication, grace and giving nature. Ms. Agnes is only one 450 centenarians in the Denver Metro area out of a total population of 5.77 milllion, so truly one in a million! When she was told that her 100th birthday was very inspiring to others, Ms. Agnes replied, "It's just a birthday to me!"  On Aug 22, 2019 staff from Alpine participated in Rocky Mountain Human Services' Provider Fair. The fair was very well attended by RMHS's case managers and providers. Representatives from Alpine were on hand to answer case managers' questions about Alpine's service offering for both, Alpine Homecare and Alpine Adult Day Care. |
