Enjoy August at Alpine Adult Day Care! We have a lot of trips this month! We are going to the Casino, the Four Mile Historic Park, the Denver Botanical Gardens, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Idaho Springs, and to the movies and Bowling. Our indoor activities include, arts & crafts, games & puzzles, other therapeutic recreational activities and bingo. We also got Thai Chi on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Since holiday was given to us, we should maximize it and do every possible thing we can do in order for us to enjoy it! I am happy to know that Alpine Adult Day Care and its people were given the chance to have an off and be happy just for themselves. I know it's quite hard to relax especially on their field, but I love the fact that they acknowledge the fact that all people deserve to rest too! I am encouraging everyone to do the same thing too!
