The month of July will be another month full of exciting activities at Alpine Adult Day Care. This months new activities include Retro Music (every Monday) and Chair Yoga (every Wednesday). Aside from our exciting daily activities, this month's special outings, include optional trips to the Littleton Rose Garden, Idaho Springs and the Denver Botanical Garden as well as an outing to go to the Cinema (optional) and Bowling (optional).
